This is a BIKE blog web site, so if you're registering, that means you're either a bicyclist or someone who wants to leave a comment on a bicyclist's blog. Comments are great, but if you are creating a username for the purpose of putting advertisements on this site, your account will be deleted and your IP address will be banned from creating a username.
Bike blogging can be fun. Blog regularly, and blog often.
Interesting info you might want to include in your blog entries:
- the destination of your ride
- the route you took
- things you saw while you rode
- what was the weather like?
- what bike did you ride?
- did you ride faster than usual, slower, or about the same as usual?
- did you get a flat, pop your chain off, or need any roadside maintenance at all?
Take lots of photos! The photo-upload tool isn't installed yet, but when it is, we'll send a notice out to all users with instructions on how to use it. Photos can really make a bike blog interesting to readers. Have a camera in your phone? You can email photos directly from your phone to the web, so if you need help doing that, contact the webmaster.
